For every merchant account lead you submit that becomes an "activated" merchant account, you will receive a $50 Acquisition Bonus (AB) plus a monthly residual commission of 5% to 17.5% each month - for the life of the account.
Residual Commissions for Submitted Merchant Account Leads
1 - 5
Your first 5 "qualified" submitted merchant account leads are coded to you as "Pay Grade 1". Once these leads become active MatchRate PLUS accounts, you will receive a $50 AB and Pay Grade 1 monthly residual commission of 5% on these accounts.
6 - 20
Your "qualified" submitted merchant account leads "6 thru 20" are coded to you as "Pay Grade 1 & 2". Once these leads become activated MatchRate PLUS accounts, you will receive a $50 AB and Pay Grade 1 commission of 5%, plus a Pay Grade 2 commission of 7.5% -> for a total monthly residual commission of 12.5% on leads 6 thru 20.
21 and on...
Your "qualified" submitted merchant account leads "21 and on" are coded to you as "Pay Grade 1, 2 & 3". Once these leads become activated MatchRate PLUS accounts, you will receive $50 AB and Pay Grade 1 commission of 5%, the Pay Grade 2 commission of 7.5%, plus a Pay Grade 3 commission of 5% -> for a total monthly residual commission of 17.5% on leads 21 and on.
"Fast Track" to Pay Grade 3
You can "Fast Track" to Pay Grade 3 by personally referring (5) merchant account leads and (5) referral agents.
Advance to Pay Grade 3 and Increase Your Income
10% Pay Grade 3 Performance Bonus
Once you advance to Pay Grade 3 you will receive a 10% monthly performance bonus (PB) for every referral agent you have personally referred (this includes all agents referred prior to advancing to PG3). The 10% performance bonus is calculated as 10% (x) their total monthly earnings (not including a 25% rebate or 10% PB’s). For example, if you refer a referral agent and they earn $1,000 for the month (not including a 25% rebate or 10% PB), you will receive a 10% performance bonus of $100.
$50 Pay Grade 3 Leadership Bonus
Pay Grade 3 referral agents receive a $50 Leadership Bonus for each "activated" merchant account (submitted by personally referred agents and agents within their organization) that are coded to them Pay Grade 3 (PG3).
"Coded" Residual Overrides
You will receive a 7.5% commission on referred accounts within your referral agent organization that are coded to you Pay Grade 2; and a 5% commission on referred accounts that are coded to you Pay Grade 3. This coded override enables you to earn up to 12.5% in monthly residual overrides on every coded merchant account in your organization.
The term "Activated" defined
“Activated” is defined as a MatchRate PLUS account that has processed (batched out) a total of $300 in total credit-card payment transactions.
Commission percentages are based and paid on the profit generated to MatchRate PLUS from each account. Commissions are calculated on the 1st and 15th of each month and paid directly to you via ACH deposit.
